I am a qualified therapist trained in psychodynamic approaches and interventions. I aim to work with each individual as appropriate depending on your needs and experiences. I have previously worked as a Step 3 High Intensity Trauma Therapist for an IAPT service in Bristol.
I previously worked at The Practice Rooms in Clifton, offering private, long term, open ended psychodynamic counselling. Additionally, I worked at The Rock Clinic in Brighton with adults, offering short term, and opened ended psychodynamic counselling.

Choosing a counsellor can be a daunting process, but it's important you know how qualified your counsellor is and understand the quality of their training. I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) a professional body. In order to obtain membership from the BACP, you must meet certain professional criteria. I have fortnightly clinical supervision and weekly reflective practice to ensure I am adhering to the ethical code of BACP. For more information please go to the BACP website.
